The best of the auto show considers battery cars

According to the International Energy Agency battery cars and hybrids will have a significant impact on reducing emissions and slow climate change. They will also hold at least 7% of the sales in the industry.
This year at the New York International Auto Show the tendency is one- green vehicles. The end of the cheap oil and the rising environmental requirements of customers worldwide give real results. At the Auto Show in New York the „green” theme was widely spread in almost all car companies. Toyota revealed two new hybrid models, so did BMW and Audi, which demonstrated luxury hybrid sedans.
The tendency for revealing conceptual models with green features and extras is just another proof that soon we will be facing the rise of the battery cars. Chevrolet also confirmed that the interest of the company is now in developing a new type of battery cars and presented the Volt model. His equivalent is the Opel new model- Ampera, which has made quite an impression by demonstrating the latest applications of Opel’s hybrid conception.
The entire show once again has proved the world tendency for green and eco-friendly vehicles. This year more car manufacturers are inserting innovations, which guarantee less pollution. The experts have foreseen that in the next ten years hybrids and battery cars are going to replace the conventional automobiles.
Electrical vehicles are currently in the spotlight, but are very questionable whether they have sufficient potential to impose at the market. Another concern of the manufacturers is the expensive price of the battery cars and specifically the expensive batteries.
Furthermore, the electric vehicles are still too modest, when it comes for speed. Still, the New York International Auto show is certainly good news to those, which are concern about the environment, simply because in the next years we are going to face the rise of the green cars on our roads.
